Dr. Mark Silverman

Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Silverman graduated with honors from the Columbia Institute of Chiropractic in 1975 and was one of the youngest specialists in the profession. He also became the first chiropractor for an HMO in the United States, opening the doors for other chiropractors.

A LEGITIMATE TRAILBLAZER

Dr. Silverman was responsible for creating the first chiropractic preferred provider organization (PPO) in the country. He was also named the first chiropractor for Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Quality Assurance Program.

INDUSTRY CONTRIBUTIONS

Dr. Silverman was the first Director for AvMed Health Plan. He conducted a chiropractic study which showed its cost-effectiveness in treating disc-related problems, resulting in reduced hospitalizations and unnecessary surgeries.

He also contributed articles about steroid abuse which eventually led to stiffer legal penalties. These write-ups were published in the Miami Herald and were featured on CNN and 20/20.

WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION

Dr. Silverman built a multi-specialty practice that treats thousands of patients a year. Both the community and his peers have taken notice of his innovative accomplishments, showering him with praise and admiration.

Dr. Silverman was nominated by Governor Martinez to the Board of Chiropractic. He was also nominated for the Miami Herald Spirit of Excellence Award for his work in the Latin American community. On top of that, he has been on Spanish television for more than 30 years.

UNPARALLELED SERVICE

Dr. Silverman performs independent medical examinations for many insurance companies and corporations. He served as the official chiropractor for the City of Miami, the Miami Fire Department, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, and Eastern Airlines. He introduced injury prevention courses, dramatically reducing costs and work downtime.

Dr. Silverman also served as the chiropractic physician for the City of North Miami, Coral Gables, Miami-Dade Athletics, FIU Athletics, and numerous University of Miami football players and athletes.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Dr. Silverman’s proven skills can only be upstaged by his enormous heart. He served on the Board of Viejos Utiles, an organization that helps feed the elderly in Miami.

DR. GREG MAZZOTTA

Based in Miami, FL, Dr. Greg Mazzotta began his chiropractic career at the age of 23. Since then, he has made several breakthroughs throughout his tenure. He applies these findings to his daily interactions with patients to ensure optimal results in every case.

DR. YVETTE COLL

Dr. Yvette Coll started her chiropractic career many years before beginning chiropractic college in 2006. Prior to chiropractic college she was a chiropractic assistant for 13 years in Miami. Having witnessed the impact to patients made through chiropractic care, Dr. Coll was inspired to pursue this life changing career.

DR. PETER JIMENEZ

Dr. Peter Jimenez graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2013. He is passionate about nutrition and teaching patients how to stay healthy through regular chiropractic care.
